The check-in is an integrated module that is part of the B3App solution. Find out how these features can make it easier to organize your event.
How does it work ?
The check-in of participants is done directly in the application.
An administrator account can register the participants present manually or by scanning the QR code of their profile.
Two possibilities to register the participant presence
You have the choice between:
- Check his name in the list of participants appearing in the check-in list
- Click on the scan icon and scan the QR code appearing on the participant's profile
Self Check-in
This module allows participants to register themselves by flashing a QR code unique to the event.
It saves you and the participants a significant amount of time.
It also allows each participant to have access to all their waypoints (places where they have scanned a QR code: for example a room / session in particular).
